Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
  • While staying at SkyFall you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard: Food and Wine served; Eagles Nest Winery Day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each; HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p, Sat & Sun 1p-7p

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed inside or outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • This home is not pet friendly. No pets are allowed.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com.
  • All visitors on the premise of the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Children allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • No events allowed.
  • No smoking allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood for the fire pit may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee. This is capped at $175 for this home, with the amount varying based on the length of stay.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Eagles Nest Winery Day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. The provided starter items are generally enough for one or two nights. Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • Free parking is available.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • The property uses three exterior Ring security cameras: one by the front door, one on the front of the house over the driveway, and one on the back of the home.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present in the home.

Other Critical Details

  • Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 59 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
